Project Overview

Cedar Court Hotel Group commissioned Clay Construction to renovate the historic former GNER railway head offices in the centre of York to become a 150 room 5 star luxury hotel and spa. Since 2014 this hotel was taken over and is now just called 'The Grand Hotel and Spa'.
