1996

The Beginning

Gary Clay originally begins trading under the name Clay Construction

1997

Clay Construction (Hudds) Ltd is incorporated and Graham Kilburn joins the team.

2005

As Graham retires, Frank's skills in quantity surveying became in demand and he joins our team.

2011

With the acquisition of a joinery workshop based in New Mill, Clay Construction's head office relocates to New Mill near Holmfirth.

2016

Ken brings with him lots of valuable experience

2017

As Frank takes a step back, Garry Webster joins the team to assist our customers with his skills in Quantity Surveying.
